No doubt that all of us would very much like to have the power and bat speed to lead the league in home runs.   Still some of us dream about blazing our fast balls right by those big hitters for the critical strikeout.  Many big leaguers say that using some great training tools and using them with persistence is the real key to their success.

Becoming a successful hitter or pitcher in baseball is not as difficult as it may seem.  All it takes is desire and a commitment to train.  First, set yourself a few goals and go after them.  You will surprise yourself at how well you do if you stick to the plan.
